xcc8 Terms and Conditions

xcc8 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "us") operates an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. By accessing or using the xcc8 platform, you fully accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.1 Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited.

3.2 Verification

We reserve the right to verify your identity and payment method at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the verification process. If the required documents are not provided, your account may be restricted.

3.3 Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time through our support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before submitting a request to close your account.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds at xcc8 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes, and using them for money laundering is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The standard processing time for withdrawals is 5 to 30 minutes. We may request verification documents before processing a withdrawal request.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳28,000

5.2 Bonus Terms

All bonus offers have specific conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus. A bonus may be cancelled in the following situations:

• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through multiple accounts.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 VIP Program

The xcc8 VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback reward is given at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier depends on the player's activity and contribution to the platform. Specific conditions also apply to cashback rewards.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

xcc8 is committed to providing a safe and fair gaming environment. Our games use third-party verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and unpredictable.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. xcc8 reserves the right to change betting limits as needed.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical problem or disconnection during a game, xcc8 will determine the game outcome based on server logs. Server logs will be treated as the final evidence. Please contact the support team for any disputes.

In the event of a violation of these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or close an account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.
